Celebration Captain
The Celebration Captain can be thieved whenever Celebration Island is open, found at Celebration Center. Despite displaying a thieving level of 40, the chances of successfully thieving the Celebration Captain are much higher than any real player. 5 thieving exp is rewarded on success and 1 exp for a fail. Jail time is always 120 seconds.
